Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a top creative agency or directly managing lifestyle brands.
- Native English speaker with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Extensive knowledge of and insights into the Gen Z demographic, including their lifestyle preferences, digital habits, and pop culture interests.
- Proven track record of managing and directing creative teams in a fast-paced environment.

As we are expanding rapidly it has been time for us to diverse our operations and create a specific branding arm seperate from the SLAPS Creative brand. This new arm of the business will operate as it’s own team under SLAPS Creative. Servicing clients on branding, packaging, Website and design services. We are looking for a creative director that can lead this new venture arm of SLAPS. This will be an entirely new business set up using all the older branding work of SLAPS to attract new clients. Therefore we are looking for a **Senior Creative Director** with a background in **branding and design** to join our Barcelona team. You’ll be leading key design projects and helping our agency craft a unique visual language that resonates with today’s culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of branding and design projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee the creation of visual identities, brand guidelines, and key design assets across various platforms.
- Serve as the lead creative on all branding initiatives, ensuring they align with client expectations and SLAPS' creative direction.
- Help source and build teams for each client brief using both internal or external resources.
